Hitting the Runway for a Good Cause
Dresses made out of colorful tile, jackets made out of wood veneer, a gown made out of rubber materials – these are just examples of works of art that will hit the runway for a good cause when the 4th Annual Cosmo Couture Fashion & Design event takes place on September 19 in Arlington, Virginia. Inscape is proud to once again sponsor Cosmo Couture as Haute Couture Benefactor along with our local representative Design Products, Inc.
Produced by the Washington Metro City Center of the International Interior Design Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter (IIDA-MAC), Cosmo Couture 2013 fosters a direct collaboration between local architecture and interior design firms and their manufacturing partners in the Washington DC area. The garments are judged during a runway show and 25 design teams will participate in this year’s event. For the fourth consecutive year, the beneficiary for the event is My Sister’s Place – DC’s oldest domestic violence shelter.
We’re proud to be a sponsor and look forward to a great night. Visit www.cosmocouture.org for more information or to purchase tickets.September 5, 2013 | By Michelle Allard
