We offer many unique and innovative solutions for shared or multi-user workplace environments. Specialized products have been designed to effectively meet specific needs in collaborative spaces, reception areas, resource centers, conference rooms, and high-security areas.

  • Office Specialty’s unique acoustical files feature drawer fronts and liners that are perforated so that airborne sound passes into the cabinet. As a result, sound is absorbed by the cabinet fronts and the contents. Acoustical files have a .95 NRC rating.

  • Large SuperStor inserts are ideal for mail rooms, and they are available in standard lateral file sizes and include from 1 to 4 lateral drawers beneath the SuperStor.

  • Perfect for displaying and storing magazines or other literature, our display cabinets feature fixed storage shelves behind hinged slanted display shelves for easy, shared access. 4 heights of 36″ wide display cabinets are available.

  • Office Specialty Cubbi-Stor cabinets are a great solution for individual locker storage. Each opening locks individually, making Cubbi-Stor ideal personal storage in a shared environment.

  • Secure Files are engineered to exceed security requirements for confidential documents and other sensitive materials. Piano style hinges cover the edges of all drawers so that they cannot be opened. A horizontal security bar is locked in place with a padlock ensuring complete security of the contents.
Preconfigured in 4 heights with 12″ opening but can also be specified with a custom combination of drawer sizes through the Build Up program.

  • Overfile units mount to the tops of lateral cabinets to provide maximum storage capacity. Available with hinged or sliding doors in a variety of heights and 3 standard widths. Overfiles can be ordered with or without adjustable slotted shelves.

  • Traditional vertical cabinets are available in 7 varieties and either 15′ or 18″ widths for letter or legal filing.

  • Make a storage statement with geometric patterns created either by embossing or knocking out material from the drawer or door fronts of Radius series cabinets. Knocking out material exposes a painted metal liner positioned slightly behind the front, creating a dramatic 3-dimensional effect.
