The ability to move and reuse Addwall wall panels provides flexibility for this client to easily and quickly respond to tenant needs and offer a better environmental solution.
The World Trade Center Tijuana, Mexico (WTC) is located in a state-of-the-art building dedicated to fostering trade within the international business community. It is a member of the World Trade Centers’ Association (based in New York, NY) which has 330 licensed franchises in 100 countries.
Inscape’s movable walls were used in the WTC space to create meeting rooms and private offices, while the systems product provided meeting tables and workstations. Flexibility to easily reconfigure and move products was an important feature in showcasing the furnishing options.
Inscape’s Addwall movable walls were used in a storefront application along corridors, as well as to create private offices and meeting rooms of various sizes. Frosted and clear glass provided a balance between privacy and transparency. Back-painted glass panels were used in areas requiring whiteboard capability.
Inscape System was used in a unique application to create a 100-foot long U-shaped conference table for the state-of-the-art WTC conference room. 3½” thick panels were selected to accommodate all technology requirements, providing plug-in power/data capability and a microphone for each seat at the table.
Inscape’s integrated product portfolio allows the WTC to reassemble walls and systems as requirements evolve with complete assurance that the desirable modern aesthetic, clean lines and contemporary finishes remain.
“Modern aesthetics, full flexibility, the right price point and outstanding technical support made Inscape a perfect fit for Tijuana’s WTC. Working across borders presents unique challenges and knowing Inscape’s systems were up to the challenges was obvious to us from our first meeting with their technical staff. Inscape’s onsite presence throughout the project installation phase was undoubtedly the key factor in successfully completing the WTC project.”
